Wind Wands

These graceful antennae are perpendicular when at rest. Placing them in a line gives a simple frame of reference to help interpret one aspect of the wind’s seemingly chaotic nature – and graphically illustrates how the wind can blow in opposite directions almost in the same place.

Carbon fibre rods 1.5m high and one metre apart, with a covering of articulated EPS foam sections.
